Luck99 Terms and Conditions – What Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Luck99 ("the Company", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Luck99 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting facilities and all related services available at luck99.ws.

By accessing any part of the Luck99 platform — including simply browsing the website — and most definitively by registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also confirm that you have read and agree to the Luck99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us.

The Luck99 platform is operated under an international online gaming licence. The Company reserves the right to decline service to any player at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable licensing requirements and responsible gaming obligations.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Luck99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Luck99 takes age verification seriously and will request documentation if there is any doubt about a player's age.
• You must be accessing Luck99 as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or other legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you are not subject to any legal order that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director or immediate family member of an employee of Luck99 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You are not registering or playing on behalf of another person. Each account on Luck99 must represent a real individual acting in their own name.

Luck99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review and may be permanently closed.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one Luck99 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, the same address or different addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all accounts held and forfeiture of all balances.

If you already have a Luck99 account and have forgotten your login details, please use the password reset function or contact support. Do not register a new account.

Accurate Information

All information you provide when registering on Luck99 must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and residential address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Luck99 account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Luck99 will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

Luck99 is required to verify player identities as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked at any time to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport), proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Luck99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank IBFT transfers (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. Luck99 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension. Luck99 reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to the account holder before processing any withdrawal.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Luck99 are processed in PKR. All withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 5–15 minutes for standard amounts
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15–30 minutes
• Bank IBFT: 1–3 banking business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 banking business days

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed. Luck99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard amounts, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers on Luck99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply to each individual offer. These are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is available. The general rules below apply to all Luck99 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most Luck99 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.

Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements on Luck99. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, roulette and crash games may contribute at a lower rate, such as 10%–20%. Sports bets on qualifying markets may contribute at a defined rate. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on Luck99 have an expiry period, which is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements that reach their expiry date will be forfeited without notice. Luck99 does not extend bonus validity periods.

One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on their Luck99 account. Applying a second bonus before the first has been completed or forfeited is not permitted. Attempting to circumvent this rule may result in both bonuses being voided.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Luck99 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers. The outcomes of all games are independently verified as fair and random. Luck99 does not manipulate game results and has no ability to alter the RNG outcomes of any game once a round has begun.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or malfunction during a game round on Luck99, the affected round will be resolved based on the state of the game at the point of interruption, according to the game provider's own rules. Luck99 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions that originate outside the Company's own infrastructure, including failures on the player's device or internet connection.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game supplier and is shown in the game's information panel within the Luck99 lobby. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of outcomes for individual sessions.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Luck99 offers a sports betting facility covering football, cricket, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by Luck99. The Company reserves the right to refuse any bet, in full or in part, at its discretion — including bets that it suspects are based on insider information, that exploit a pricing error, or that exceed the maximum liability limits for a given market.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets on Luck99 are accepted based on live data feeds. There may be a short delay between real-world events and the updating of in-play odds. The Company reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the result of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, Luck99 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to all sports bets on Luck99. These limits are set per event and per sport and are displayed in the sports betting interface. Winnings that exceed the published maximum payout cap will be capped at that amount.

9. Responsible Gaming

Luck99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide tools in every player's account to help manage gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps that restrict how much can be added to your Luck99 account in a given period
• Session time limits: Reminders and automatic session-end triggers after a set playing period
• Loss limits: Caps on how much can be lost within a defined timeframe
• Self-exclusion: A temporary or permanent block on your Luck99 account, available immediately from your account settings

Once a self-exclusion is applied, Luck99 will not reverse it for the duration specified. Players who request a permanent self-exclusion cannot re-register on the platform. 11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account rule
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interacts with Luck99 without human input
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multiplayer formats
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime
• Attempting to reverse deposits after placing bets (chargeback fraud)
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a syndicate without prior written approval from Luck99
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent location restrictions imposed by Luck99 or its licensing conditions

12. Suspension & Account Closure

Luck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Luck99 account should contact support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Luck99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every effort to maintain uptime, security and accurate functionality, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet every player's specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luck99 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or device malfunctions on the player's side
• Losses caused by a player's failure to keep account credentials secure
• Consequential, indirect or incidental losses of any kind
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game suppliers

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

All disputes arising from gaming on Luck99 should be submitted to support in the first instance. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Players who remain unsatisfied after the internal process has been exhausted may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.

14. Changes to These Terms

Luck99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published at luck99.ws/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — Luck99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Luck99 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the updated terms take effect.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The current version is always the binding version.
